Welcome to Mosaic 2025!

On behalf of the Regina Multicultural Council (RMC) Board, I am delighted to invite you to celebrate the 55th anniversary of Mosaic Festival Cultures! 

For over five decades, Mosaic has united our community in celebrating cultural diversity through food, music, dance and tradition.

This year, 15 pavilions across Regina will showcase the vibrant heritage that makes our city unique.

This event would not be possible without the committed and dedicated volunteers who give their time and energy to make Mosaic a success.

From pavilion organizers to festival coordinators, these passionate individuals contribute countless hours behind the scenes. A heartfelt thank you to all RMC member organizations that have presented pavilions over the past 55 years. Special recognition goes to the Founding Member Organizations and original pavilion teams, whose vision and determination brought this extraordinary festival to life. It is through the continued efforts of RMC member groups and these devoted community builders that Mosaic has endured, becoming one of the longest-standing multicultural celebrations in Canada.

As Regina continues to grow, Mosaic evolves with it - welcoming new pavilions that reflect our city’s changing and diverse population. Each year, the festival becomes richer, showcasing the global spirit of our community.
