Welcome to Mosaic 2024! 

On behalf of the Regina Multicultural Council, I would like to invite you to come and join us in experiencing the many unique cultures our festival has to offer. 

The Regina Multicultural Council, Mosaic Committee, and pavilions are all run by volunteers who put in hundreds of hours each year. Everyone has been working hard to provide the most entertaining experience as you visit our 18 pavilions across the city. Mosaic is a time to celebrate cultural diversity through food, dance, entertainment and displays. 

We are extremely grateful to the number of sponsors who continue to support cultural diversity in our city. A special thank you to this year’s Mosaic Chair, Gursh Barnard and the Mosaic Committee for their time and dedication towards this year’s Mosaic Festival of Cultures. 

The City of Regina is truly an international community. People come here from all corners of the world, bringing with them rich and unique backgrounds that adds to our colourful mosaic.
