It is my pleasure to extend greetings to you on behalf of His Majesty King Charles III, King of Canada.

Thank you for supporting your city and your friends and neighbours by participating in Mosaic 2025. You can look forward to plenty of exciting entertainment, delicious cuisine, and an amazing array of ethnic diversity in arts, crafts, music, dance and more.

Congratulations to the Regina Multicultural Council on the 55th Anniversary of Mosaic! That is a remarkable legacy.

I am grateful to RMC and all the volunteers who have worked tirelessly to prepare, and now host and operate, their pavilions. By sharing your culture with the people of Regina, you are enriching lives while providing three days of fun!
