Welcome to Mosaic – A Festival of Cultures!

As our Sovereign’s representative in Saskatchewan, it is my privilege and pleasure to extend greetings to you on behalf of His Majesty King Charles III, King of Canada.

By taking part in Mosaic 2026, you are supporting your city and your friends and neighbours. At the festival, you can expect lots of lively entertainment, great food, and a diverse display of arts, crafts, costuming, music, dance and more. I am grateful to the countless volunteers who prepare, host, and operate the pavilions.

Without your commitment and generous donation of time and talents, Mosaic would not be possible. Whether you volunteer as an ambassador, dancer, singer, caterer, cleaner, ticket taker, security personnel, or any one of the other positions that keep the pavilions going, you are vital to Mosaic’s success and your contributions are valued.

Thank you to each community for sharing your culture with the people of Regina. I appreciate all your hard work and warm hospitality as you celebrate your traditions with thousands of visitors. Multiculturalism is one of Canada’s greatest strengths. I commend and congratulate the Regina Multicultural Council for gifting the City of Regina with Mosaic each spring.
